By visiting our website you have taken the initial steps in becoming an NECC Knight. Below you will find required information for student-athletes to be completed on an annual basis. Students participating in Intercollegiate Athletics are required to complete the athletic paperwork listed below and include a physical exam that has occured in the previous 12 months. Note: Athletic Department prefers all students use the college's Physical Exam Form, although a form from your doctor may be accepted as long as it indicates you are cleared for full athletic particiaption.
For the start of the 2022-23 academic year the Athletic Department has transitionsed to Front Rush for the completion of all required student-athlete forms. Please contact your coach or the Athletic Director if you need access to complete the required forms.
In addition to the required paperwork, a copy of your current health insurance card must be submitted and can be uploaded directly through Front Rush or submit it in person to the Athletic Department.
All paperwork must be complete and on file in the athletic office before a student is allowed to practice.
The athletic department will also need OFFICIAL copies of your high school and previous college(s) transcripts (if applicable). If they are already on file within the school, we will attempt to obtain them electronically, if not, you are responsible for getting them to us so we can determine your athletic eligibility.
