Haeli Campbell is in her first season as head coach of the Northern Essex softball program for the 2019 season. She was hired in November of 2018.

Campbell played four years of NCAA Division III softball, two years at Eastern Connecticut State followed by two years at the University of Southern Maine. She also has previous coaching experience with the Firecrackers AAU softball program.
