Haverhill, MA (September 20, 2022) – The Northern Essex Community College women's volleyball team dropped their home opener 3-1 against CCRI Tuesday night.
Offensivley, Kaithlene Perez-Flores (Lowell, MA) led the way with 8 kills, while Ashley Martinez (Lawrence, MA) added 7 kills and 4 service aces.
To aide in the offensive attack, Eliany Dejesus (Lowell, MA) tossed up 16 assists.
On the defensive end, Martinez led the effort with 26 digs. Perez-Flores and Caroline Burns (Haverhill, MA) also assisted with 16 and 15 digs, respectively.
The Knights will be back on their home court Thursday September 22nd against Central Maine Community College. The match will take place in the Sport and Fitness Center on the Haverhill Campus at 6:00 pm.
