Haverhill, MA (September 27, 2022) – The Northern Essex Community College women's volleyball team swept past Quinsigamond Community College on Tuesday evening winning 3-0. The team won by sets of 25-4, 25-10, and 25-12.
Leading the offense, Caroline Burns (Haverhill, MA) had 7 kills and attacked at .429. Kaithlene Perez-Flores (Lowell, MA) aided the offense with 4 kills while Ashley Martinez (Lawrence, MA) attacked at .429.
As a team, the Knights attacked at a .315.
Eliany Dejesus (Lowell, MA) tacked on 18 assists throughout the match.
Martinez led the defensive effort with 7 digs. Anny Lomete (Lawrence, MA) and Perez-Flores each contibuted 3 digs.
The Knights are on the road Thursday September 29th for a match at Bunker Hill Community College at 6pm.
