The Northern Essex Community College women’s volleyball saw its record-breaking season come to an end on Friday with a 3-0 consolation bracket loss to Finger Lakes. The Knights dropped the sets 25-19, 25-23 and 25-11.

The Northern Essex Community College volleyball team ran their unbeaten streak to 12 matches to open the season as they improved to 12-0 and 7-0 in Region 21 play as they beat Bunker Hill 3-1, before sweeping Massasoit 3-0.

The Northern Essex Community College women’s volleyball program kicked off their season over the weekend with a non-conference tri-match at Holyoke and were joined by Roxbury Community College. The Knights defeated the host Cougars by a score of 3-1, before sweeping Roxbury 3-0.
