Title: Assistant Coach

Jeffrey is entering his first year of coaching with the Knights. Jeffrey works with the outfielders, hitters and serves as the team strength and conditioning coach.  Jeffrey was part of the 2020 Knights team, but the season was taken away by Covid 19.   Jeffrey produce in way that fall the afforded him offers at three division one teams.  He went on to star at University of Maine.  During his career he held a .409 on base percentage and in 98 games had 98 hits.  During the summer of 2020 he played for the Leesburg Storm in the Florida Collegiate Baseball League.  Jeffrey had a .451 BA and .554 OBP (both league single season records) and was named to the All-Florida League team. Before College Jeffrey played for North Reading High and was a 4-year varsity standout where he compiled more hits and walks than games played.  Jeffrey was only the 5 freshmen to start a game in over 50 years.  The prior freshman to do this was the former Knights Gold Glove catcher Keith Lianne. 

Jeffrey holds an Associate’s Degree from NECC, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Maine as well as Graduate Certificate in Finance. 

Jeffrey is a father to Chubbs Mejia (English Bulldog) that is a retired blue-ribbon champion show dog.
